| Flooring has
been rmoved....and screet prepared for new tiles... |

| The whole
apartment has been rewired (4.000 pounds) Walls fixed and plastered. (seen on pict. 1) |

| Walls has
been reshaped and some features added. (seen on pict. 5) |

| New big
(60x60 cm) tiles has been fitted. |

| Upstairs -
we've added (it hasn't existed before) a special room for washing
machine and tumble dryier (walls, doors, plumbing and electrical) |

| A small
corner WC has been fitted as well (upstairs toilet hasn't existed
before...there was an open space like downstairs... |
|
| Oak stairs
has been built to measure (designed by the owner) for the cost of 5.000
pounds. also supporting beams has been fitted inside the walls. |

| Happy owners
Elaine and Steward and Hubert (in the middle) - our project manager. They are happy because after 10 weeks and spending 16.000 pounds on labor only (excluding stairs and rewiring) they finally got their apartment ready to be rented (for 800 a week) |
